At this retreat, we will learn, practice and have group discussions about Vipassana ( the Four Focuses of Mindfulness).  Vipassana Meditation, or Insight Meditation, is NOT a religious practice — anyone can practice this meditation without conflict with their individual faith. Practiced consistently, Insight Meditation develops mindfulness and insight and has many benefits, including relaxation, self-control, calmness, contentment, optimism, compassion, loving-kindness, happiness, and inner peace.

Note: This is a 16 hours course for students who would like to learn with the Basic Meditation class. This course is progressive, each class building on the previous class. In order to receive the certificate at the end of the course, you are required to attend both two days. Detailed schedule and instruction will be emailed upon registration.
